Be warned. They charge $162 even if they cannot do the job. Also, they did not tell us beforehand that they would be charging us $162 if they cannot do the work. There isn’t an honest company on earth that would’ve charged us for what happened today. You conveniently left out important details like all the specific unit information that we gave you before hand and you’re also calling my wife a liar concerning the phone conversation she had. And yes, he was inside for 10 minutes- you were not there. My wife was not told on the phone that you would be charging that kind of money if you couldn’t fix it. We never would’ve went forward. If we would’ve backed out after a diagnosis, that would’ve made sense. That’s what we agreed on. But, we were never told that you would charge us that kind of money if you weren’t able to fix the problem. Two different situations. Instead, she was told the washer not spinning is very common on the phone. Do you want to continue this?Sounds good to me. You entered my family’s home and took money from us today that was unearned. I am absolutely going to share my experience with people.
